Is this safe around my kids and my dog?
We use targeted, EPA-registered products applied where children and pets can't reach — cracks, voids, exterior perimeters — and we tell you the re-entry time plainly at every visit. When used as directed, that's the standard modern practice designed for family homes.
Am I signing a contract?
No. The plan is quarter to quarter. Cancel with a text message, pay nothing to leave. We think guarantee-plus-no-contract is the strongest trust signal in this industry — so that's the product.
Does it actually work, or will I keep seeing them?
Expect activity to spike briefly after the first treatment (they're being flushed out), then fall off within days. After that, the 48-hour free re-treat guarantee carries the risk — not you.
What about termites and mosquitoes?
Both available as add-ons: an annual termite protection plan with a real damage warranty, and a March–October mosquito program that gives you your backyard back. Ask during your inspection.
